Muscat in Oman, December 2013, at Shangri-La Al Waha hotel

The view from our balcony. This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far!

Our hotel is beyond the sail. As you can see it is very dry as the pipes for irrigation is spead on the lawn.

We were lucky to get tha same place at the beach every day, easy to access with the wheel chair.	The winds made it sometimes difficult to light the cigarettes.
	The staff came with towels, icebox with cold water and ....
...a couples of times daily with water melon and small cold towels for refeshment.	The hotel is embedded between the hills.
The hills were lighted when it was dark.	We got at beakfast table close to the smoking area.
The hotel congratulated with a cake on the birthday.	We met Sameer and Sonal, whom we vistided in India 1990. Sameer attended a Rotary Group Study Exchange in Härnösand 1989. He now works in Muscat.
Sameer took us for sightseeing in the sourronings.
